Essential 2BHK Woodwork Package
Core Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or parallel layout (approx. 10-12 rft) built with BWR ply and finished in 1mm High Gloss or Matte Laminate. Includes one signature wicker pull-out basket.
- Master Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobe (8x7 ft) with soft-close mechanism.
- Guest Wardrobe: Hinged wardrobe (6-7 ft) with standard handles and laminate finish.
- Living Essentials: Floating TV console (5-6 ft) with drawer storage and a functional 3ft foyer shoe rack.
False Ceiling & Lighting
- Ceiling: Gypsum boxing (peripheral) restricted to Living and Dining areas only.
- Lighting: Basic LED strip lighting in coves and recessed downlights.
Hardware & Finishes
- Internals: Soft-close hinges and drawer channels from brands like Hettich or Ebco.
- Countertop: Basic Quartz or Granite slab for the kitchen.

- Woodwork: Premium PU Polish (Polyurethane) and Natural Wood Veneers (Teak/Walnut) used throughout instead of laminates.
- Stone Work: Italian Marble or Onyx stone used for wall cladding. Grand Pooja room featuring Backlit Onyx Stone.
Civil & Renovation
- Structural: Removal of non-load-bearing walls for open layouts and complete bathroom renovations including new tiling.
- Flooring: Replacement of existing flooring in key areas.

- Custom Manufacturing: In-house fabrication of sofas, accent chairs, and dining table bases.

- My process covers everything: first chat, design plans, material picks, and all the on-site action. End to end home interior solutions, basically.
