Before you find a life partner, it helps to really know yourself first. Our relationship workshop is more like a two-day, two-hour date with yourself and a bunch of honest conversations.
What to Expect
- We mix ancient relationship sutras with real, modern love stories, so you get both wisdom and practical takeaways.
- Conversations are straightforward - no gyaan (preaching), just open group sharing and playful activities like role-plays.
- You’ll walk away with simple tools for couple communication exercises and building conscious relationships - stuff you can actually use.

Workshop Details
- Join online (Zoom) or at the Bangalore Ashram, just two hours a day over a weekend.
- We keep things conversational, in a mix of Hindi and English, so you’ll feel at home.
- Sessions are led by friendly Art of Living instructors who get what it’s like to be in your shoes.
