Independent Supplement Lab Tests & Fitness Truths
No marketing drama. I buy supplements from the market, test them in NABL labs, and give you the raw 'Pass' or 'Fail' result. Here is the science behind what you consume.
Is your pre-workout a performance booster or just poison? I tested the popular Psychotic pre-workout and found it contains more than double the FSSAI's safe limit of caffeine in a single serving. This is the kind of dangerous product I work to expose.
A major news channel wrongly claimed creatine is a steroid, causing panic. I made this video to set the record straight with scientific facts, explaining the chemical, legal, and regulatory differences to reassure you and your family that creatine is a safe dietary supplement.
You may have seen news reports linking protein powders to hip damage in young people. The truth is, the real culprit is anabolic steroids, sometimes illegally mixed into unverified supplements. I explain how to choose a safe protein that actually supports bone health.
This is a prime example of what I fight against. This brand was caught making false claims, using my "Trustified Certified" logo without having passed my blind testing process. I expose these deceptive marketing tactics to protect you.
Food safety issues go beyond supplements. I investigated FSSAI notices against 12 major global restaurant chains in India, including KFC, McDonald's, and Domino's, for issues like using expired ingredients, reused oil, and bacterial contamination.
Ever wonder why two whey protein products from the same manufacturer have vastly different prices? I explain how some brands cut costs by asking manufacturers to use cheap fillers like maltodextrin, which is why my blind testing of market products is so essential.
My goal is to find brands that are honest. After a detailed six-level blind test, I found that As-It-Is Raw Whey Protein Concentrate meets its label claims and is free from contaminants, earning it a Trustified certification.
Sharing my mission to bring scientific truth to the fitness industry on the TEDx stage at IIT Jodhpur was an incredible honor. It's a platform that allows me to spread the message of "Choose safe, be safe" to a wider audience.
About Featured
When I test a supplement, I never accept free samples from brands. I buy the product from retail channels like Amazon or Flipkart, just like you would, to ensure I am testing exactly what hits your gym bag. If a label claims 24g of protein but my lab report shows 20g with hidden amino spiking, you will see the unfiltered, raw data here.
The fitness industry is filled with misinformation, and my goal is to clear the air using verified lab reports, not opinions. Most brands rely on marketing to sell you a dream, but I rely on chemistry to tell you the truth.
My Testing Protocol
Every product featured here undergoes a rigorous audit. I check for:
- Label Accuracy: Does it actually contain the protein, carbs, and fats stated on the tub?
- Amino Spiking: Brands often use cheap fillers like Taurine or Glycine to inflate protein numbers. I use HPLC analysis to detect these fillers.
- Safety Standards: I screen for heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic), melamine, and mycotoxins. If a product fails these, it is not just ineffective, it is dangerous.
- Dope Testing: For my Gold Tier audits, I send samples for GC-MS/LC-MS screening to detect steroids and stimulants banned by WADA.
Why I Do This
I started Trustified because I got tired of seeing young people get scammed by marketing gimmicks. Whether it is a news channel calling creatine a steroid or a brand hiding cheap maltodextrin in your whey, the goal is always to protect your health and your wallet.
Supplements are for convenience, not miracles. Real results come from your diet, your exercise routine, and your sleep. But when you do choose to use supplements, make sure you aren't paying for poison. If a product passes my testing, I certify it. If it fails, I expose the data. It is that simple. Choose safe, be safe.
