I keep things simple and straight - no bakwaas (nonsense), just science. Market mein bohot confusion hai (there’s a lot of confusion out there) about fitness, nutrition, and supplements. My goal is to bust myths and give you advice that’s actually proven to work.
My Approach: Science Over Gimmicks
- No magic tricks, only research-backed tips.
- Started a supplement lab-testing project - Pass/Fail verdict, so you know what’s fake.
- Supplements are just for convenience. Diet, exercise, and proper sleep do the heavy lifting.
How We’ll Train
- Workouts are always personalized, but based on science-based workout plans.
- For muscle gain: focus on recovery, controlled lifting, smart volume, and training muscles in the stretch.
- For fat loss: evidence-based nutrition advice, high-protein diet, and weights before cardio (not the other way around).
- No false promises on spot reduction, but I’ll share any new research that might help.
Nutrition: What Actually Matters
- Protein is king - target 20-30g per meal.
- No “dirty bulking” – we do clean, real food bulks.
- Foods for belly fat: lean protein, fibrous fruits/veggies, and full-fat dairy (yep, desi ghee is fine in the right amount).
Supplements: Facts, Not Fear
- Whey protein is just a convenient protein source, not a magic drink.
- Creatine is safe, very well-researched, and not a steroid.
- A big warning: stay away from cheap, unverified powders - they can be seriously dangerous.
Getting Your Form Right
- Small changes in form mean big results: right angles for chest, back, legs, and triceps.
- Focus on full range of motion, not just heavy weights.

Student life mein time tha, ande-paneer sab manage ho jata tha, ab waqt kam hai toh supplements ka sahara lena padta hai. Market mein bahut confusion hai - koi creatine ko steroid bolta hai, koi protein powder se hip damage kehta hai. Bas, isi frustration se Trustified shuru hua. Hum blindly lab test karte hain, aapko seedha pass-fail report milti hai. TEDx IIT Jodhpur pe apni journey batayi, sab aapke support se. Humara goal hai: fit rehna, science pe, myths pe nahi.
