Kids Certified Taekwondo Program

Mane li ene stress idrunu, illi bandu workout madidre, yella hogutte (All the stress from home disappears once you start moving in here) - that’s the feeling I want everyone to experience.

- Dance workout classes: We skip boring routines and turn workouts into lively dance sessions with Kannada and Bollywood beats. Most people don’t even realise they’re working out, they’re just having a blast. Laugh, groove, and get strong, especially in our women-led groups.
- Self-defense techniques: Taekwondo isn’t just kicks and punches. We build confidence in kids and young adults, helping you stay calm under pressure. You’ll learn real skills for real life, guided by a third-dan black belt coach.
- Yoga for stress relief: If you want to slow down and reconnect, our yoga classes focus on breathwork and stretching. It’s not just about flexibility or body alignment, it’s about mental peace that sticks with you.
- Kids gymnastics training: For young ones who love flipping around, our classes let them learn safely from expert instructors. We use proper equipment and ensure every move is supported.
What’s Real
You won’t find fancy machines or intimidating trainers here. Some days classes get crowded, and not everyone picks up moves instantly - that’s ok. I keep things simple and welcoming, so whether you’re nervous or pumped, you’ll fit right in.

My Story
Namaskara! We are Vasantha and Vinutha, founders of Arnav Amaze. This studio is our family, built with love for art and our gurus’ blessings. Students join for fitness, but stay for the joy—one shy dancer now dances like no one’s watching! Another said, 'I never got a chance... But now I got a chance.' Watching kids and adults win awards, perform, and just grow confident—this is our daily habba (festival). Art is life here.
My Work
Dance, Fitness & Music Classes - We teach Kathak Lucknow Gharana, Bharatanatyam, Bollywood, Zumba, Taekwondo self-defense training, gymnastics, and Carnatic vocals for beginners.
Traditional Arts & Lineage - We honour heritage—every Kathak and Carnatic class is about devotion, Guru, and learning discipline.
Dance Fitness Sessions - Skip the treadmill—our dance fitness sessions burn stress, and yes, even non-dancers dance here!
Martial Arts & Gymnastics - Taekwondo classes led by an international player, plus gymnastics for strength and flexibility.
