About Your Journey Starts Here: Beginner Batches
Most people walk into our Indiranagar studio feeling shy or convinced they have two left feet. That is exactly who we want. Our beginner batches are designed to get you comfortable with your own groove, rather than just copying an instructor's moves. We focus on foundational elements like rhythm, coordination, and spatial awareness in a space where laughing at your own mistakes is considered part of the warm-up, not a failure.
Your First Month at ARDS
Starting a new hobby can be nerve-wracking, but we remove the pressure. You don't need to be fit or flexible to walk through our doors. Here is how we get you moving:
- The Structure: Our monthly subscription covers 8 guided sessions. Each 75 to 90-minute class follows a rhythm: a thorough warm-up to prep your body, drills to build technical foundation, and then learning a piece of choreography.
- The Environment: We practice on professional-grade laminate wooden flooring. It is designed for impact absorption, which saves your knees—a small detail that makes a massive difference during long sessions.
- Tracking Progress: At the end of every session, we have dedicated recording time. This isn't just for social media; it’s a tool for you to review your own movement, see where you’re growing, and catch the details you might have missed in the mirror.
