About Meet the Crew: Instructors & Student Stories
At ARDS, you will see our instructors are often dancers who started their own training right here on our Indiranagar floor. When you take a class, you aren’t just getting technical drills from a pro; you’re learning from people who navigated the exact same beginner nerves and growth curve you’re experiencing now. This cycle of community support is what keeps our energy high and our studio vibe real.
Our studio in Indiranagar is built on the belief that everyone has a story to tell through movement. Whether you are diving into the raw energy of hip-hop, the rhythm of Afro, or the precision of house and locking, our instructors are here to guide the process, not just dictate steps.
We do not do pretension. You will find that our teachers emphasize that failing a move is simply part of the recovery process. This honesty creates a safe space for you to push your boundaries without the fear of judgment.
If you are looking to take your training further, our performance programs and regular battles offer a chance to test your skills in front of an audience. It is about building confidence as much as it is about building technique. If you have ever watched a class and wondered if you could do it, just show up.
