About this collection
Every session at Dside Fitness starts with 30 minutes of deep isolations and injury-prevention stretching before we even touch the choreography. I focus on these fundamentals because true jazz expression comes from a body that feels strong, capable, and ready to move without fear.
Finding Your Groove in Bangalore

How We Train
I offer two main ways to join the family:
- Beginner-Friendly Workshops (2 Hours): These are perfect if you are curious about jazz or want a low-commitment way to get started. We spend time on the basics, warming up, and then put together a fun routine that lets you feel the music.
- Monthly Jazz Training (8 Classes): If you are ready to dig deeper, this is where we build muscle memory and stamina. We work on progressive technique, including ballet-based fundamentals, over a four-week period.
