At ARDS, dance is more than choreography - it’s about stories and finding your own groove. Our studio feels more like a hangout spot than a class, and honestly, the energy here isn’t something you find everywhere. We’re a mix of styles, backgrounds, and wild ideas. Whether you walk in feeling awkward or already have your own swag, you’ll find your place with us.

Beginner Friendly, No Pretence

If you’re new, chill. We’ve got batches where zero experience is totally normal. We keep it simple at first - just show up and move. Messing up? That’s part of it. The vibe’s supportive, not judgy, and nobody expects you to nail it on day one.

Styles We Cover

• Hip hop dance classes for beginners, plus open-level House, Locking, Breaking, and Afro Dance.
• Open Style sessions for anyone who wants to mash things up or try choreography.
• Urban dance workshops and pop-ups in Popping, Waacking, and Dancehall, so you never get bored.

More Than Studio Time

We push you to perform, not just practice. There’s Performance Night and Spectra if you want that stage rush, plus battles and jams for testing your skills, learning confidence, and just having fun.

Community Vibes
