Our space is built on the reality that everyone starts somewhere. Whether you are looking at these clips and feeling inspired or just curious, know that our flooring is designed for long hours of practice and our batches are strictly judgment-free. You do not need to be a pro to step into our studio; you just need to be ready to move and maybe mess up a few times while learning the basics.
What Defines the ARDS Experience
At ARDS India, we believe dance is for everyone. When we say we are beginner-friendly, we mean it. We have curated these images to show that our studio in Indiranagar is a place where you can learn without pressure.
