About Educational & Institutional Spaces
School administration blocks experience high foot traffic daily, which is why we prioritize durable, high-impact materials. For the JKG School project in Nandigram, we utilized reinforced vitrified flooring and tempered glass partitions to ensure the reception area remains pristine, while using warm lighting and teal accents to keep the environment professional yet approachable for visiting parents.
Creating an effective institutional interior is about balancing professional authority with genuine hospitality. We start by analyzing the flow of the space. In a busy school lobby, the reception desk is the anchor. We often use custom white laminate counters or veneer-finished workstations to create a clean, organized look that hides the day-to-day chaos of wires and paperwork.
Material selection is critical in these environments. We avoid delicate finishes in favor of heavy-duty laminates, fluted wall panels, and toughened glass, all of which are easy to maintain but visually sophisticated. Lighting plays a major role in shaping the mood; we use a combination of COB recessed lights for general visibility and linear profile lighting within joinery to highlight branding or architectural details.
Our approach for institutional spaces in Delhi NCR follows a structured, transparent process. From the initial layout planning to the final installation of custom furniture and seating, we ensure that every design element serves a purpose. Whether it is a director's cabin or a parent waiting lounge, our goal is to build spaces that reflect the values of the institution while handling the realities of daily use.
