Mehendi & Haldi Theme Decor
Core Setup & Backdrop
- Main Photo Booth: 8ft x 8ft backdrop design options including printed flex tropical themes, vibrant draped curtain walls, or modern grid-mesh.
- Themed Seating: Provision of a 2-seater couple sofa (Velvet finish or traditional Manai) with contrasting cushions.
- Prop Styling: Usage of thematic props including rustic wooden crates, metal birdcages, artificial pampas grass, and themed cutouts.
Florals & Lighting
- Floral Composition: Strategic mix of fresh local flowers (Marigold/Roses) for near-touch areas and high-quality artificial silks for high-arch decorations.
- Accent Lighting: Rental of standard neon signage (e.g., generic love quotes) and 2-4 LED Par cans to wash the backdrop in colored light.
- Entrance Signage: Wooden easel stand with a customized foam-board welcome sign adorned with a small floral bunch.

- Duration: Setup takes approximately 3-4 hours; intended for a single-day event duration of 4-6 hours.
- Logistics: Includes transport and labor for setup and teardown within city limits.

Stage & Ambience
- Grand Stage Backdrop: Coverage for stages up to 40ft width featuring premium satin/silk white draping in pleated or layered styles.

Entrance & Walkway

Architectural Mandap Structure
- Temple Set Design: Installation of a large-scale, fiber-molded (FRP) Mandap structure replicating South Indian temple architecture (pillars, Gopuram roof, ornate doors).
- Traditional Elements: Inclusion of large brass tall lamps (Kuthu Vilakku), Urulis with floating flowers, and banana stems attached to pillars.
- Ritual Seating: Custom low-seating (Manai) setup for the bride, groom, and priests, integrated into the mandap flooring.

- Mehendi & Sangeet: Vibrant, themed setups or simple, elegant photo spots. I've done both - flamingos and neon signs for some, rustic corners for others.
- Haldi: I love those classic feels - marigold garlands, brass urulis, bit of a ooru (village) touch. If you want something offbeat or minimal, I’m game.
- Main Day (Muhurtham): From traditional South Indian wedding decor with fresh flowers, woven leaves, and even flower peacocks, to floral wedding mandap designs outdoors. Whatever fits your dream.
- Reception & Beegara Oota: Chandeliers, lush florals, modern drapes or simple home-style setups - you choose.
