My Construction and Execution Process
Great design is only as good as its execution. Here is a look at the hands-on process my team and I use to bring architectural plans to life.
The dedication of construction workers is imperative for a high-quality finish. They work tirelessly to bring our ideas to life, and this image captures a moment of that hard work during the interior fit-out of a villa project.

About The Craft of Construction
I believe the magic happens when the drawings leave the paper and hit the ground. For every project, I perform fortnightly site visits to personally supervise the execution of structural details and material choices, ensuring that the final build matches the vision we mapped out during the concept stage.
When you work with me, you are not just getting a set of PDFs. You are getting a partner who cares about the masonry, the alignment, and the finish as much as the initial mood board. My construction management process focuses on three pillars.
First, precise documentation. I provide comprehensive working drawings that detail everything from flooring patterns to plumbing points. This prevents guesswork for the contractors on-site.
Second, active supervision. I or a lead member of my team visit the site regularly to catch execution hurdles early and ensure the material quality matches our original specifications. This is particularly important for my heritage restoration work, where we often find surprises behind old walls that require immediate technical solutions.
Finally, we handle the coordination. Whether we are collaborating with structural engineers for a new villa in Alibaug or managing a renovation in a Mumbai apartment, we act as the bridge between different contractors. We ensure the civil work, the electrical layout, and the joinery installation all align to form a seamless home. Construction is inherently messy, but by keeping our communication lines open and our drawings accurate, we keep the project moving without losing the design intent.
