Modern Commercial Interiors and Workspace Design
Workspaces that do more than just house desks. I plan offices to foster community, improve circulation, and mirror your brand’s unique energy.
The head office for All Services Global was designed to foster an energetic and community-driven environment. This lounge area, with its curved sofa and modern lighting, serves as a comfortable and stylish space for informal meetings and collaboration.
It is imperative that a reception area communicates the right message. Here, a small visitor room is placed next to the reception for quick discussions, while the curved glass partition facilitates better circulation and creates a sleek, professional first impression.
About Modern Commercial Spaces
In workspace design, flow is everything. Notice the curved glass partitions in my recent projects, as they are not just aesthetic choices. They physically guide movement, ensuring that reception areas feel open while providing enough acoustic separation for private, quick discussions without the need for rigid walls.
Modern office design goes beyond desks and chairs. It is about crafting a rhythm that allows a team to function effectively while keeping the company culture alive. When I plan a commercial layout, I look at how the physical environment impacts daily habits.
For reception areas, I prioritize the initial interaction. The goal is to set the tone immediately. By using fluid shapes and strategic lighting, I ensure the entry feels welcoming rather than imposing. In the project for Nutragenix, for instance, the curved glass partition serves a double purpose: it invites flow and offers a degree of privacy for quick team huddles without enclosing the space entirely.
For larger office layouts, such as the All Services Global headquarters, I focus on communal zones. I believe that accidental interactions—those quick conversations in the lounge or around a coffee point—are where innovation often begins. I arrange furniture and circulation paths to encourage these natural meetings.
Materiality plays a significant role. In a commercial setting, I prefer finishes that withstand heavy use but still look sophisticated. I combine marble, wood, and metal to create a space that feels professional yet human. If you are planning an office renovation or a new build in Mumbai, let us look at your floor plate together to see how we can optimize your circulation and brand impact.
