I’ve always been drawn to the stories hidden in old buildings. My work’s about more than fixing up crumbling walls - it’s about listening to what a place has seen, then helping it matter again today. Every project is a chance to give history a new lease on life without erasing its past.

How I Work

I’m all for gentle hands, not heavy demolition. Whether I’m working on the restoration of colonial-era structures or something more local, I start by making sure the bones are strong - structural repairs, waterproofing, the works. But I hold on tight to anything original: wooden jambs, old arches, those bits that make a place unique.

• I love opening up cramped spaces just enough to adapt them for new uses. Like in Alibaug, where I helped turn a 250-year-old home into a cozy café. We added arches for flow and light, but kept the old-world charm with lots of wood and exposed beams.
• Natural materials are my go-to, both for looks and sustainability. I mix rustic and modern, inside and out, to keep things feeling real and rooted.

What Matters to Me

• People come first - I want spaces that feel good to be in and invite folks to stay a while.
• Adaptive reuse of historical buildings is never about just copying the past. It’s about blending it with the present in a way that feels honest.
• Sustainability is non-negotiable. I reuse, repurpose, and let the old structure shine wherever I can.
