On-Site Architectural Supervision & Build Management
Most designers stop at the blueprint, but I believe the real work happens in the mud and dust. I am on-site to ensure your home is built exactly how we planned it, from foundation to finish.
A video from one of my regular site visits. Here, I am inspecting the finishing work on a pillar and walking through the site to ensure the construction team is following the plans accurately.
This video shows me on the roof level of a project during the slab casting phase. I am conducting an electrical point check, verifying the conduit layout against my drawings before the concrete is poured.
Discussing the staircase and interior structure with my client and team on-site. Direct collaboration during the construction phase is key to a successful project.
This video montage shows various stages of interior work, from plastering to structural finishing. Being on-site allows me to monitor the quality of workmanship at every step.
About this collection
People think a 3D plan guarantees a perfect build, but the reality is in the details. I personally check the rebar alignment and electrical conduit routing on-site before the concrete is poured to prevent costly mistakes later.
Beyond the Blueprints
A 3D render is just a picture until someone makes it real. My role as an architect extends far beyond the drawing board. When you hire me, you are getting a partner who treats your construction site as a serious commitment.
Why On-Site Matters
- Quality Control: I verify bar bending schedules and cement quality myself. If a pillar isn't aligned or a wall is out of square, we catch it early.
- Technical Precision: I cross-reference my GFC (Good for Construction) drawings against the actual site progress. I check electrical switchboard positions and plumbing pipe routing to ensure your utilities work exactly where you need them.
- Contractor Coordination: I bridge the communication gap between your requirements and the laborers on the ground. Whether it is verifying staircase dimensions or monitoring slab casting, I ensure the design intent is preserved.
My Supervision Packages
Depending on the complexity of your project in Karnataka, I offer two levels of management:
- Milestone-Based: 12 to 15 site visits linked to critical stages like foundation, roof casting, and flooring start.
- Intensive PMC: 30 to 40 weekly visits for complete oversight, including snag resolution before handover and full coordination with sub-vendors like glass fabricators and painters.
Building a home is a high-stakes investment. My job is to make sure your money goes into a structure that stands the test of time, not into fixing avoidable errors.
Varshitha
I am Varshitha, and I don't just hand over a set of drawings and wish you luck. I walk the construction site with you, checking structural integrity and finishes to make sure your space is as durable as it is beautiful.
