When I started Annapurna Caterers back in 1985, a buffet meant simple steel plates and basic service. Today, the expectations have changed completely. We treat the buffet line as the core of the event, integrating elements like metallic finishes and floral arrangements to create a visual impact.
Our buffet styling adapts to your venue. If you are hosting a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony, we use classic copper vessels and traditional draping to maintain that authentic, warm feel. For corporate events or modern receptions, we pivot to LED-lit displays and sleek, contemporary aesthetics.
Managing the traffic flow is where we really add value. A common mistake is crowding the food, which frustrates guests and slows down the service. We map out the space, ensuring that even with a large guest list, there is enough room for people to walk and serve themselves comfortably.
