The Main Course (Pangat Style)
- Specialty Breads: Assortment of Jwari Bhakri, Phulka (ghee smeared), and regional Vade (fried multigrain pooris).
- Vegetables: 3 preparations including one Sprouted Curry (Usal), one Leafy/Dry Vegetable (Methi/Batata), and one Gravy Vegetable (Bharli Vangi or Veg Kolhapuri).
- Rice & Dal: Traditional Konkani Amti (sweet & sour lentil soup) with Masale Bhaat or aromatic Indrayani Steamed Rice.
- Sides: Thecha (chili mash), homemade pickles, fried papad, and koshimbir (salad).

What We Serve
I’m Sunil, and I’ve been running Annapurna Caterers for the past 36 years. Food here is about mixing old-school comfort with what’s fresh and trending. If you want something traditional, we’ve got it. If you want something hatke (different), we’re always ready to try new ideas.
Traditional Flavours
Our base is pure vegetarian cooking, especially Satvik catering for religious events like Hawan ceremonies. I take care that ingredients are top-notch and presentation is spot on. Our Konkani Mejwani feast is a big hit - with Solkadi, Ukdiche Modak, and Shevai made right in front of you. Mango lovers wait all year for our Aamba Mejwani (Mango Feast). We also set up counters for Marwadi food and other regional flavours.
Modern & Interactive Experiences
We love adding some energy to parties, so you’ll find live food stations for parties - think Bubble Pizza and Pesto Pizza, fresh Thalipeeth, and even a mocktail bar. Our grazing table catering creates a deluxe spread of cheeses, appetisers, and fruits. If fusion catering experiences are your thing, we cook up small plates like Burmese Bowls and Paneer Cigars.

My Story
Namaskar, Sunil Vengurlekar here from Annapurna Caterers. Been at it since 1985, serving pure veg, Satvik food with a Konkan touch. Started simple, now we mix traditions with a bit of modern style – but that old-school warmth stays. Our Aamba Mejwani (mango feast) and Konkani festivals bring gaav ki yaad (memories of home). Customers say our food tastes like their aaji’s (grandma’s) cooking – that’s what keeps us going.
