Car Boot Surprise Setup
Boot Filling
- Balloon Stuffing: 30 to 40 air filled metallic or latex balloons placed loosely to fill the boot volume.
- Background: Metallic foil curtains (tinsel) hung at the back of the boot interior.
Decor & Lighting
- Banners: One standard cardstock or foil banner (e.g., Happy Birthday).
- Foil Balloon: 1 large theme specific foil balloon (Champagne bottle, Ring, or Heart).
- Illumination: 1 to 2 strings of battery operated fairy lights draped around the interior edges.
Setup Details
- Execution: Team installs the decor inside the parked vehicle at your chosen location.
- Photo Clips: Includes wooden clips to hang 5 to 8 client provided printed photos on the light strings.
Bedroom Cabana & Decor Package
Canopy Structure
- Tent Setup: Creation of a tent like canopy over the bed using sheer net fabric (Red or White). Hung using temporary ceiling hooks or existing fixtures.
- Lighting: Integration of 4 to 6 strings of warm white or yellow LED fairy lights interwoven with the fabric.
Balloon Decor
- Placement: 40 to 60 latex balloons (Red/White/Pink) attached to the ceiling or clustered on walls.
- Foil Accents: Includes standard foil balloons like Script words, 18 inch Hearts, or Occasion banners.
- Floor: 20 to 30 loose balloons scattered on the floor.
Props & Florals
- Rose Petals: Approx. 500g to 1kg of fresh loose rose petals used to write a short message on the bed or create a floor pathway.
- Photo Add on: Option to hang 10 to 12 client provided photos from balloon ribbons.

Main Structure
- Ring Stand: A 6x6 foot iron ring stand.
- Custom Cover: High quality vinyl (Flex) print wrapped around the ring, customized with the theme and name.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (metal or acrylic) for cake and gifts.
Balloon Arrangement
- Garland Style: A semi organic arrangement covering 50 to 60% of the ring.
- Quantity & Type: Mix of 200 to 250 Metallic, Pastel, and Chrome latex balloons in 5 inch and 10 inch sizes.
- Theme Foils: 2 to 3 large character foil balloons integrated into the garland.
Props & Light
- Cutouts: 2 to 3 Sunboard character cutouts (2 to 3 feet height) placed near the pedestals.
- Neon Sign: Rental of one standard acrylic neon sign mounted on the backdrop.
- Flooring: Basic artificial grass turf or rug for the photo area.
Luxury Shimmer Wall & Marquee Setup
Premium Backdrop
- Sequin Wall: A full 8x8 foot backdrop made of pneumatic sequin panels (Gold, Silver, or Black) that shimmer with air movement.
- Neon Feature: One large rental neon sign suspended on the wall.
Lighting Assets
- Marquee Numbers: Rental of 2 large LED light up numbers (3 to 4 feet tall) signifying age. Power source required.
- Focus Lights: 2 LED PAR can lights placed at the bottom to illuminate the shimmer wall.
Balloon Styling
- Design: A dense, organic balloon garland framing one side and the top.
- Material: High gloss Chrome balloons and Confetti filled balloons.
- Accents: Artificial butterflies or flower bunches tucked into balloon gaps for texture.
