Real body transformation is a 12-week commitment to structured nutrition and hypertrophy training, not a quick fix. Whether you are training with me online or at the gym, I demand weekly check-ins where we review your photos and measurements to adjust your macros. If you aren't tracking your progress, you are guessing, and I do not coach people who guess.

Transformation is a mental game as much as a physical one. When you train under Team Iron Champs, you do not just get a diet chart; you get a complete physiological audit. My programs focus on sustainable, long-term gains. We adapt your meals to Indian staples like eggs, chicken, and paneer so you can actually stick to the plan without living on impossible, expensive foods.

You will lift heavy with a 5-6 day split focusing on compound movements, but the real progress happens in the kitchen and during recovery. I provide 24-hour access for query resolution because I know that doubt is the enemy of progress. You must submit weekly progress photos and weight updates. If the physique isn't changing, we change the strategy. I review video footage of your form on squats and deadlifts because muscle engagement without safety is just a recipe for injury.
