You’ll often see me working in gloves and a mask, but the real secret to these peaceful poses is the controlled temperature and white noise I use to keep the baby comfortable. It’s not just about the props; it’s about creating a womb-like environment so your little one sleeps deeply enough for us to safely adjust those tiny fingers and toes into the perfect pose.
People see the final, polished photograph and think it is just a cute baby in a basket. But if you watch me work, you will see that the 30 minutes leading up to the click are the most important. Whether it is a Krishna-themed setup or a delicate floral arrangement, my priority is always the baby’s comfort.
I practice a strict safety-first workflow. Before I ever pick up the camera, I ensure the studio is warm, the background is secure, and I have a spotter ready. I use high-quality posing dolls to perfect the lighting and angles before the baby arrives, so the actual shoot is quick and stress-free.
At my studio in Lodha Luxuria, Thane, I do not just shoot; I prepare. My workflow focuses on seamless transitions, moving from a beanbag pose to a prop without waking the baby.
