About Behind The Scenes: My Process
It isn't just about the camera; it’s about the environment we create. When you see those perfect, curled-up poses, it is because we utilize a specific, calm, and warm environment that keeps your baby feeling as secure as they were in the womb. Every wrap is done with immense patience and safety at the forefront, because your baby’s comfort is the only thing that matters during these fleeting early days.
Safety and Comfort First
When you book a session with us, you are not just getting a photographer; you are getting a team focused on safety. I am internationally certified, and for complex setups, we always have a spotter present. We never rush a baby. If they need to feed, be soothed, or simply sleep, we pause. The 'magic window' for these soft, curled-up poses is strictly between 10 and 25 days, when babies are most flexible and sleepy.
The Art of the Setup
Every prop you see, from the tiny wooden beds to the floral arrangements, is carefully selected. You might even see my husband, Sunil, gathering wild Gulmohar flowers on the way to a shoot to create something truly organic and unique for your gallery. We believe these setups shouldn't just look good; they should feel like a story.
Meticulous Editing
My work doesn't stop when the session ends. I spend hours on each session using a tablet to hand-edit every single image. Whether it's balancing skin tones or removing the distractions that catch the eye, I ensure every file is a keepsake you will want to print and frame. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks, but the result is a gallery of images that you can look back on for generations.
Whether we are in our Mumbai studio, at your home, or traveling to Vapi or Surat, the process remains the same: gentle, focused, and dedicated to freezing these precious, fleeting moments.
