My training philosophy is built on a foundation of heavy compound movements. These are the lifts that build real, functional strength and overall muscle mass, including squats, bench presses, and deadlifts.

Leg Day Power

I focus on building a strong and balanced lower body with high-volume, high-intensity workouts. This includes heavy squats and leg presses, supplemented with isolation work for complete leg development.

Chest & Back Development

A strong chest and a wide back are the hallmarks of a powerful physique. My training includes a mix of heavy compound lifts and machine work to build both thickness and width.

Arm & Shoulder Sculpting

Building impressive arms and shoulders requires targeted, high-intensity training. I use a variety of exercises including heavy curls, presses, and extensions to sculpt every muscle group.
