- Timeline: Unlimited consultations starting 4-6 months prior to the event.
- Budgeting: Creation of expense sheets, fund allocation, and strict audit of vendor quotes for market parity.
- Venue Handling: Recce for Bangalore venues (200-500 pax capacity), negotiations, and contract vetting.
Vendor Ecosystem Management
- Sourcing: Identification and booking of photographers, makeup artists, caterers, and entertainers.
- Coordination: Scheduling trials, menu tastings, and managing technical requirements for DJs/Bands.
Design Conceptualization
- Visuals: Creation of moodboards based on client story and aesthetic direction (e.g., color palettes, floral styles).
