Pre-Wedding Management
- Vendor Ecosystem: Sourcing, negotiation, and booking of 10-15 key vendors (Makeup, Photography, Catering, Venue).
- Budget Architecture: Detailed Excel tracking of expenditures, payment schedule alerts, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Itinerary Planning: Minute-by-minute run-sheets for the couple and family detailing who needs to be where and when.
Guest Management
