This is a Yin Yoga session, a quiet and contemplative practice. We hold passive poses for longer to work deep into the body's connective tissues, improving joint mobility and reducing stress.

In my classes, I guide both men and women through sequences that build strength and improve flexibility. Here you can see students practicing warrior poses and plank variations.

About this collection

Sahi dhang se karo, tabhi fayda milega. That is my mantra in these group sessions. Whether we are moving through a Power Vinyasa flow or holding a passive Yin pose, my focus is on ensuring you are aligned correctly so you stay injury-free and get the actual benefit of every asana. We keep batches small (8 to 12 students), so I can personally check your posture and help you adjust safely.

In our Sector 104 studio, we avoid the overcrowded gym environment. My classes are a space for you to learn the fundamentals of yoga, from the breath work in pranayama to the physical demands of strength training.

Our Approach

  • Power Vinyasa: We move, we sweat, and we build heat. This is perfect for boosting your metabolism and increasing stamina.
  • Yin Yoga: We slow down significantly. We use props like blocks and bolsters to support your body while we work deep into the joints and connective tissues, which is essential for joint mobility.
  • Strength & Conditioning: We don't just rely on gravity. I integrate light weights and specific bodyweight exercises to ensure you are building functional muscle alongside your flexibility.

I don't believe in quick fixes. We take it session by session. You will learn to correct your own posture, listen to your body's signals, and develop the discipline to show up for yourself. If you are coming from a place of stiffness, cervical pain, or long desk hours, we adapt the poses so you can still move safely. You will leave these sessions not just tired, but feeling lighter and more aligned.
