About Hoop Fitness: Spin, Sweat & Smile
In our hoop sessions, we don't just spin. You’ll learn how to engage your core properly to keep the hoop moving, which is a deceptively effective workout. We adjust the hoop size and pace to your skill level, so you’ll find your rhythm and start seeing progress in your waistline and coordination within just a few sessions.
