Transform your dessert table into a live performance. From piping hot jalebis to fusion delicacies prepared right before your guests, we bring theater and taste to every sweet moment.

This video shows the behind-the-scenes process of creating some of my fusion Indian sweets, including piping fresh jalebi batter into hot oil and assembling delicate sweet nests.

My pastry chef meticulously pipes cream onto small tart bases, preparing bite-sized desserts for the buffet. The second shot shows our popular pistachio-flavored sweet served in small clay pots.

Here, my chef is preparing Steamed Jaggery Sandesh. A soft piece of fresh paneer is wrapped in a leaf, topped with jaggery sauce and mixed nuts, and then steamed to perfection.

This is a live counter for Dryfruit Goond Bhel, a unique winter dessert. We mix edible gum (goond) with dry fruits, fresh khoya, and serve it warm with a jaggery and pistachio sauce.

A collage showcasing some of my seasonal mango desserts. Served in traditional clay 'matkas', these treats combine fresh mango chunks with creamy bases for a refreshing sweet.

A display of our chilled desserts. The top shelf holds mango sweets in clay pots, while the illuminated bottom shelf showcases other bite-sized Indian mithai, ready for guests to enjoy.

About Decadent Live Desserts

It isn't just about placing a tray of sweets out; it's about the theater. When we set up a live station, like our Dryfruit Goond Bhel or fresh Jalebi counter, we manage the timing so the heat, texture, and aroma are perfect the moment your guests walk up to the plate. You aren't getting cold, pre-plated desserts; you're getting a fresh experience that keeps your guests engaging with the food long after dinner is served.
