Life can be noisy, but I help you tune out the chaos and find the peace that's already inside you. My work is a mix of ancient Indian wisdom and what fits into our everyday lives. Stories from the Bhagwad Gita and Shiv Puran are my go-to tools, but I keep things simple - no heavy rituals or complicated poses.
What We Do Together
I focus on three things: being present (mindfulness), quieting the mind (meditation), and creating your future (manifestation through mindfulness). It’s not about forcing your mind to be empty, but about being aware of your thoughts and feelings, without judging them. This approach can really shift your mental state.

Stress makes everything harder. I believe, bhai, kabhi break lena bhi spiritual hai (hey, sometimes taking a break is spiritual too). Even Lord Vishnu chills out, so why can't we? We practice listening to your Antaratma (inner voice), and sometimes the best insight comes from silence.
