Hand-Drawn Pet Portraits from Your Photos
Our pets are family, and capturing their unique soul is my favorite kind of peace. Whether they are goofy, calm, or just plain naughty, I will draw a portrait you can keep forever.
This stylish cat wearing a red dupatta was a fun A4 commission. I used colored pencils to capture her unique calico markings and her very poised expression.
A striking black and white portrait of a cat with very expressive eyes. This A4 graphite sketch focuses on the fine details of the fur and whiskers to create a realistic and intense look.
About this collection
Capturing a pet’s personality on paper isn't just about getting the fur texture right. Often, you might have twenty different photos of your dog or cat, but none where they are looking directly at the camera. Send me your favorite shots, even if they aren't perfect, and I will draw a portrait that feels exactly like them.
Whether it's the intense stare of your cat or the goofy smile of your golden retriever, I put that vibe into every stroke. I offer two main styles for pet portraits. Go for a high-quality graphite or charcoal sketch if you want that classic, timeless, black and white look. It highlights their eyes and expressions beautifully. If you want something vibrant, my color pencil portraits are the way to go. I use oil-based pencils on heavy, 200gsm paper, which makes the colors pop and ensures the drawing lasts a lifetime.
Process-wise, it’s pretty simple. Once you share the photos, we finalize the size—from A4 to A1—and the medium. I draw everything from scratch, no digital filters or shortcuts involved. Before I apply the final matte or UV-resistant fixative, I share a photo with you. This way, if there's any small detail you want to adjust, we can fix it right then. Everything is packed securely in a hardened PVC pipe or reinforced tube so it reaches you anywhere in India without a single crease.
