See how a simple idea transforms into a fully realized space. This video shows my process, starting from an initial line sketch of a bathroom concept and moving to a photorealistic 3D render. This visualization step is crucial for clients to see and feel the space before any construction begins, ensuring the final result is exactly what they envisioned.
Here is a look at my screen during the 3D modeling phase for a luxury penthouse. I use advanced software to build a detailed virtual model of the space, allowing me to explore different layouts, materials, and lighting schemes. This digital walkthrough helps us refine every detail before implementation.
Design is in the details. This video shows an on-site technical sketch for a backlit onyx stone installation. These detailed drawings are essential for communicating the exact construction method to the execution team, ensuring that complex features are built correctly and safely.
Choosing the right material is a critical and often fun part of the design journey. Here, I’m guiding a client through the 'marble maze'. I show my hands-on approach, from checking the veins for a natural flow to using a flashlight to spot any hidden cracks or imperfections. This ensures we select the perfect, high-quality slab for a flawless countertop installation.

I emphasize clear communication with the carpentry team and careful measurement because precision at this stage prevents costly mistakes later.

We do not just hand over a set of drawings and disappear. Before we break ground, you will see realistic 3D renders of your space, allowing you to visualize the final result before any construction begins. During the execution phase, we serve as your on-site guide, helping you navigate material selections like marble slabs and tiling, while keeping the project reality grounded in the budget you set from day one.
Design is a journey, and our process is built to keep you comfortable at every turn. We break this down into three core phases to keep the chaos at bay.
Phase 1: Visualization & Concept
It starts with your vision. We take your requirements and translate them into rough sketches, eventually moving to detailed 3D modeling using tools like D5 Render or SketchUp. This step is vital because it stops guesswork. You see the lighting, the textures, and the layout before we hammer a single nail. It ensures we are aligned on the look and feel from the start.
Phase 2: Material Selection
We call this the 'marble maze,' but it is where the fun happens. Whether we are picking the right granite for a kitchen countertop or choosing between cane webbing and fluted panels, we are there with you. We use the 'flashlight test' to check for cracks in stone and review grains to ensure the final finish matches the natural flow you want in your home. This is where we ensure the quality of materials meets your expectations.
Phase 3: On-Site Execution
This is where the magic becomes real. We believe in being hands-on. Whether it is marking partitions for an office or checking the wiring for a luxury penthouse, we oversee the carpentry, plumbing, and painting teams directly. We emphasize careful measurement, as the golden rule is 'measure twice, cut once.' We keep communication open so you know exactly how the budget is being utilized, avoiding those last-minute surprises. By managing the site directly, we ensure the final product is as soulful and contemporary as the first sketch.
