When you join, you aren't just running drills. We use tools like the Dr. Dish shooting machine for high-repetition muscle memory and Pix4Team video analysis for tactical feedback. Every session is measured against real game data, ensuring you know exactly where you stand and what to improve next.
We built this academy to solve the access-to-quality problem in Indian basketball. Our environment is purpose-built: FIBA Level 2 wooden flooring to protect joints, adjustable rims for younger players, and a dedicated strength and conditioning setup. We operate on a philosophy that you get fit to play, rather than playing to get fit.
This means your training cycle isn't arbitrary. It is built on triphasic principles—eccentric, isometric, and concentric movements—and supported by weekly physiotherapy check-ins. If you are part of our Varsity or Elite programs, you will see this in action: official scoreboard scrimmages, shot clock pressure, and post-game efficiency reports using FIBA LiveStats.
For our younger hoopers, the focus shifts to fundamental movement and confidence, guided by experienced coaches who know how to make learning fun without lowering the standard of instruction. Whether it is a 'kya kar raha hai?' (what are you doing?) correction during a drill or a celebratory moment after a win, the goal remains the same: solidifying the base so you are ready for the highest level.
