About Practical Self-Defense
We do not believe in rehearsed choreography or static movements. Our training focuses on reaction time, situational awareness, and the mental toughness to stay composed when pressure hits. Whether you are drilling on the beach or practicing with focus pads, every session is designed to make the movements instinctive, building the functional strength you actually need to protect yourself and others.
