Experience the energy of our large-scale beach training sessions. Here, dozens of students work together, performing drills and kata on the sand, building endurance and a powerful sense of community against the backdrop of the sea.

About Beach Bootcamp & Outdoor Training
Working out on sand creates constant instability, which forces your stabilizing muscles to fire continuously. Whether we are doing shadow boxing or high-intensity calisthenics, the soft surface adds a layer of challenge to every lunge and kick that standard gym floors simply cannot provide.
Our beach bootcamp is where we test our limits. By taking our martial arts and fitness drills to the coast, we introduce an element of unpredictability to your movement. Your feet must work harder to maintain balance during technique drills, which drastically improves your coordination and leg strength over time.
These sessions are not just about individual performance. They are about the team. You will train alongside fellow warriors, learning to support each other and push through the fatigue together. We conduct these sessions on Sunday mornings, allowing us to utilise the natural environment to sharpen both mind and body.
Our training structure includes:
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT) using bodyweight movements.
- Martial arts-based drills focused on agility and speed.
- Calisthenics designed to build functional muscle.
- Dedicated time for shadow boxing and technique refinement.
- Meditation and cool-downs to center the mind after the exertion.
