I’m Shane Biddaiah. My approach is simple: we work hard, play hard, and keep it real. Whether you're chasing an ITF tournament goal or just want to get seriously fit, I’ll bring the energy and the plan to get you there.

This is what I mean by functional strength. The human flag is an advanced calisthenics move that requires total body control and core stability. We build up to this level step by step, proving that with consistent training, your body can do incredible things.

A glimpse into a full-body gym session. We mix it up with bodyweight exercises like pike push-ups and pull-ups, stability work on the BOSU ball, and strength training with dips and machine rows. This variety keeps workouts engaging and ensures we're building balanced, athletic muscle.

As a professional tennis player and coach, I bring my experience from the ITF circuit directly to your training. Here, I'm working with clients on the court, focusing on technique and strategy, and also putting in the gym work with pull-ups to build the explosive power needed for the game.

Home workouts don't have to be basic. This is a superman push-up, an explosive plyometric exercise that builds upper body power and core strength. I can design challenging routines like this that you can do right in your living room.

Agility is key for any athlete. Simple tools like a jump rope are incredibly effective for improving footwork, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. It's a staple in our warm-ups and conditioning circuits.

Leg day is non-negotiable for building a strong athletic base. We focus on heavy compound lifts like barbell squats for raw power, and supplement with balance exercises on the BOSU ball to improve stability and prevent injury.

Training should be challenging, but it should also be fun. Here we are mixing high-level calisthenics with some on-court creativity. This kind of synchronized handstand work builds strength while also improving teamwork and focus.

Staying hydrated is a critical part of peak performance. Whether we're on the tennis court or in the gym, I make sure we're taking care of our bodies to get the most out of every single workout.
