Experience the vibrant energy of our maker-led festivals. We bring together over 100 artisans from across India for a celebration of craft, culture, and community in the heart of Bengaluru.
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming festivals. Mark your calendars for two weekends of creativity: a visual arts showcase followed by our signature craft and textile festival.

We are honored to partner with BLR Hubba, a marquee event in Bengaluru's calendar. This collaboration allows us to bring both our Festival of Handmade and a new Art for All festival to an even wider audience.

About The Festival of Handmade: Our Signature Event
When you visit our festival, you are not just shopping. You are walking into a space where every item has a creator behind it, free of resellers and mass production. We even offer free entry if you cycle to our events because we believe in sustainable craft. Whether you are here for the workshops or just to wander through our curated aisles, come ready to hear the stories of the karigars directly.
Why Our Festivals Are Different
We started A Hundred Hands in a garden with a simple goal: to put the artisan at the forefront. When you visit our Festival of Handmade or the Monsoon Collective, you will not find mass-produced goods. Every single stall is vetted by our Selection Committee, including video process verification, to ensure it meets our strict no-reseller seal. This is a 100% handmade zone.
What to Expect
- Direct Interaction: Meet the weavers, painters, and crafters face-to-face. Ask them about their techniques, the materials they source, and the history behind their designs.
- Hands-on Workshops: We believe 'haath ka kaam' (work of the hands) is therapeutic. Join our 2-3 hour guided sessions where you get to work with clay, fabric, or paints and take home your own creation.
- Cultural Vibes: Our festivals are about more than just commerce. Enjoy live open mics, folk performances, and communal seating areas where you can relax with a coffee and soak in the creative energy.
- Inclusive Access: We want everyone to participate. By introducing free entry for cyclists, we encourage a greener way to reach our venues like NIFT or Freedom Park.
Whether you are a collector looking for authentic textiles or a parent wanting to introduce your children to the joy of making things, there is a place for you here. We are not just an event, we are a movement to keep traditional skills alive. Come say hi, explore the stalls, and support the hands that weave these dreams.
A Hundred Hands
We are Mala and Sonia, and we started this in a garden with a handful of makers. Now, we have built a community that champions the karigar, ensuring your support goes directly to the people who actually make these beautiful things.
