About Craft Workshops
What We’re All About
Creating with your own hands just hits different. I see folks rush around all day, but when you sit down for 'haath ka kaam' (handwork), time slows and something shifts in you. Our workshops are like a little pause button - a place where you actually connect, learn, and make something real.
Real Makers, Real Stories
I always bring in master karigars (artisans) from all over India. They’re not just teachers - they’re tradition keepers. When you join in, you’re not just making stuff, you’re part of their story. That’s what makes these artisan-led craft events special.
Who’s It For? Everyone!
Kids, grown-ups, total newbies - no one’s left out. You don’t need experience, just come ready to try. It’s a solid day out with friends or family, and you actually get your hands dirty.
What’s On Offer
I switch things up a lot. One week, we’re deep into tribal art painting classes like Gond and Bhil, or chilling with Mandala dots. Next time, you might be rolling clay in hands-on pottery sessions, making kites, or playing with botanical art. Sometimes we even get puppets dancing!
Where It Happens
We don’t stick to one spot. You’ll find us popping up at places like Freedom Park, NIFT Campus, Jayamahal Palace, and always somewhere cool in Bangalore.
Take Home More Than Just Stuff
The best bit? You walk out carrying something you made. It’s yours. You’ll probably catch yourself saying, “Arrey, I actually made this!” (Wow, I actually made this!) And yeah, you’ll leave with a new skill too.

My Story
We’re Mala and Sonia—yep, those grey-haired folks you spot in the pics. Years back, we saw rural artisans with mad skills but no buyers. So we just said, 'come use our garden!' Posters, word of mouth, boom—sold out in a day. Cynthia (blue hair), Thyagraj, and Haider joined in, each with their quirks. We’re tiny, picky, and a bit nerdy. For us, it’s about giving soul and story, not just selling stuff.
