Competition training is a 4-5 day-a-week commitment. It involves rigorous drills, posture correction, and preparing for the pressure of judging panels. When you see our students on stage, you are seeing the result of hours of repetitive work and mental conditioning, not just talent.
Our competitive squad goes beyond standard recreational classes. We run a high-intensity regimen, training 4-5 days a week for 90 to 120 minutes. It is a serious commitment. For students aiming for CBSE Nationals or other inter-school meets, the focus shifts entirely to stagecraft.
We drill high-speed transitions, specific elements like Wenson balances, and explosive power moves. We also hold in-house mock meets to simulate competitive pressure. This prepares students to handle judges and audiences without losing focus.

Competitions act as a benchmark. Whether it is a bronze at the CBSE Nationals or a televised performance, these are tangible outcomes of the consistency we demand. We teach children how to handle nerves, how to maintain a straight back under pressure, and how to represent their team.
