Our training centers in Bellandur and Jakkur operate with a consistent 1:12 coach-to-student ratio, ensuring each gymnast receives personal attention for form correction. Whether you are aiming for basic tumbling or advanced apparatus work, we provide a safe environment equipped with professional-grade floor mats, beams, and bars.
At Epic Gymnastics Academy, our approach to gymnastics is rooted in safe, progressive skill building. We believe that whether a student is five years old taking their first forward roll or a teenager preparing for state-level competitions, the fundamentals of strength, core conditioning, and flexibility remain the same.
Our Training Pathway
We cater to every stage of the gymnastics journey:
- Foundation & Recreational: Designed for beginners, these classes introduce floor skills, body awareness, and basic apparatus interaction, helping students build coordination and self-confidence.
- Competitive Elite: For students ready to progress further, we offer high-intensity training with a focus on full Olympic apparatus mastery, including vaulting, bars, and beam routines. We also conduct mock meets to prepare athletes for official judging formats.
- Personalized Correction: We recognize that every gymnast learns at a different pace. Our 1-on-1 sessions allow for detailed video analysis and manual spotting, which is critical for overcoming mental blocks on high-risk maneuvers.

Safety is the core of our facility management. Our gyms are fitted with professional-grade crash mats and foam pits to absorb impact during tumble practice. Our coaches are trained to provide hands-on assistance, ensuring that students are challenged but never pushed beyond their current capability without proper spotting.
