POSH & Corporate Compliance Workshops
Workplaces should be safe, not just compliant. I conduct bilingual POSH workshops and Internal Committee training across the NCR, breaking down complex legal requirements into simple, actionable steps for your team.
This graphic represents the core of my POSH training services. I am an empanelled external member for several MNCs and government agencies, bringing expertise in conducting workshops and ensuring robust POSH compliance.

Here, the presentation screen shows a breakdown of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) structure. I focus on the practical aspects, such as member eligibility and tenure, to help companies build a strong and compliant committee.
Passionate delivery is key to making legal training stick. In this session on the POSH Act, I am emphasizing a crucial point to ensure the audience grasps the seriousness of workplace harassment laws.

About POSH & Corporate Compliance Workshops
Most companies treat POSH compliance as a box-ticking exercise, but that misses the point entirely. In my workshops, I focus on the 'intent vs. impact' dynamic—showing your team how a misunderstood interaction can lead to real legal risks, and exactly how the Internal Committee should handle these situations.
Why Simple Language Matters
Law is often hidden behind jargon, but safety at work depends on every single employee understanding their rights and responsibilities. I use bahut saral bhasha (very simple language) because if your team doesn't understand the rules, they cannot follow them. My sessions are designed to spark real conversations, not just deliver lectures.
What We Cover
Whether you are an HR manager setting up an Internal Committee (IC) or a business owner ensuring baseline compliance, my training modules are tailored to your needs:
- For the General Workforce: We focus on the fundamentals—understanding what constitutes harassment, the difference between intent and impact, and the steps for filing a complaint.
- For Internal Committee Members: This is an intensive deep dive. We cover the principles of natural justice, how to write legally sound inquiry reports, and the distinction between conciliation and inquiry. We use role-playing simulations to prepare your IC for the sensitivity required in these situations.
My Approach
I don't believe in boring, one-way presentations. My training is interactive, bilingual (English and Hindi), and rooted in real-world scenarios. We use traffic light analogies for behavior and case studies to illustrate complex points. My goal is to ensure that when I leave your office, your team feels confident, informed, and capable of maintaining a safe environment.
I travel across Gurugram, South Delhi, and the wider National Capital Region to conduct these sessions. If you are looking to build a culture of respect rather than just checking a compliance box, let's talk.
Ritu Kapoor
I taught for years before becoming a lawyer, so I know that training only works if people are actually engaged. I use real-world stories and simple, direct language to make sure every employee, from the front desk to the boardroom, understands what a safe workplace actually looks like.
