About Family Law Consultation & Representation
I switched from teaching to law at 37 because I wanted to help people, especially women, feel confident about their rights. For me, family law isn’t just paperwork - it’s about giving you real support when things get tough.
How I Work
Legal stuff gets complicated fast, so I break it down in bahut saral bhasha (very simple language). I want you to actually understand what’s going on, not just nod along. Trust me, in cheezon ko agar aap abhi se jaanoge (if you learn these things now), you’ll see how much it matters later.
What I Cover
- Domestic violence cases: I support women dealing with abuse, whether it’s physical, emotional, or financial. Legal help for domestic violence survivors means more than just filing papers - it’s about safety and moving forward.
- Divorce & separation: Whether things are mutual or messy, I’m here to guide you through the process and make sure your rights are secure. Navigating narcissistic partner separation is tough, but I’ve handled it before.
- Child custody: I help parents put their kids first and sort out custody in a way that’s fair and clear. Child custody legal advice is never one-size-fits-all.
- Practice locations: I mostly work in Gurugram courts, but I also handle cases in Dwarka, Patiala House, Rohini, and Faridabad.
Beyond Cases
Through the Reet Foundation, I run Project ‘SHAKTI’ to spread awareness and offer free legal aid for women who need it most. For me, law is more than a job - it’s a way to help people take charge of their lives.

My Story
‘BE YOU,.....WORLD WILL ADJUST !!’ That’s my mantra. I started as a teacher, but at 37, law called out to me. Jumped in, lots of doubts, but I stuck with it. Not many women lawyers then, now I see so many—makes me proud. I set up Reet Foundation to help those who can’t pay. I fight for women, teach rights in simple words, and believe happiness is a choice. Justice, for me, is personal.
