About Legal Training & Compliance Workshops
Why I Do What I Do
Law should be for everyone, not just lawyers. After years as a teacher, I jumped into the legal field because I wanted to break it down for people who feel lost in legal jargon, especially women. I stick to simple language - bahut saral bhasha - so nobody feels left out.
What My Workshops Cover
I run legal training sessions for corporates, schools, government offices, and community groups. These aren’t tick-box exercises. I like to spark real conversations and help folks actually understand what’s at stake.
- POSH Act training is a big part of my work. I break down what sexual harassment really is, how to set up and run an Internal Committee, and why confidentiality is non-negotiable.
- Legal rights awareness sessions for employees and students cover women’s safety, cyber crime basics, and child protection law sessions like POCSO.
- For officials, I go deeper into laws like the Domestic Violence Act, so they know exactly how to handle cases.
How I Make It Stick
I don’t do boring lectures. I switch between Hindi and English, use real-life examples, and keep the room open for questions - jitna poochna hai, pooch lo (ask as much as you want). I promise, if you learn about these things now, it’s not just about avoiding trouble - it’s about feeling confident and safe, every single day.

My Story
‘BE YOU,.....WORLD WILL ADJUST !!’ That’s my mantra. I started as a teacher, but at 37, law called out to me. Jumped in, lots of doubts, but I stuck with it. Not many women lawyers then, now I see so many—makes me proud. I set up Reet Foundation to help those who can’t pay. I fight for women, teach rights in simple words, and believe happiness is a choice. Justice, for me, is personal.
My Work
Legal Services for Women - I handle domestic violence legal help, child custody legal advice, and narcissistic abuse support cases with empathy and grit.
POSH Act Training & Workplace Safety - I run POSH act training for MNCs and government offices, making workplaces safer and more respectful.
Legal Rights Workshops in Saral Bhasha - I break down tough laws in bahut saral bhasha (very simple language) for students, employees, and women.
Real Advice from Real Cases - I share true stories and practical legal paths, not just theory, so clients get what’s real.
Free Legal Aid via Reet Foundation - I provide free legal help for those who need it, because justice should not depend on money.
