About Training for Government, Police & Judiciary
Training police officers and judicial staff requires more than just quoting sections of the IPC or the Domestic Violence Act. In my sessions, I use live case studies and role-play simulations that address the specific challenges officials face on the ground, such as the FIR registration process and the role of Protection Officers. We focus on shifting the perspective from mere procedural compliance to effective, victim-centric enforcement.
The gap between legislation and implementation often comes down to communication. When I train government departments, police personnel, and court staff in the NCR region, my goal is to strip away the technical jargon. I teach in 'bahut saral bhasha' (very simple language) to ensure that whether you are a senior officer or a paralegal volunteer, the core of the law is understood and applied correctly.
My Training Approach
My modules for public institutions are designed to be practical, not theoretical. We cover:
- Procedural Clarity: A step-by-step walkthrough of document requirements, timelines for filing, and the Principles of Natural Justice.
- Empathetic Enforcement: A crucial module on how to handle sensitive domestic violence cases without causing secondary trauma to the victim.
- Multi-Stakeholder Coordination: I facilitate discussions between panel advocates, police, and women's commission members to ensure every stakeholder is aligned.
These workshops are not tick-box exercises. I encourage active participation, questions, and open debates about the realities of working in the justice system. By the end of our session, the goal is for every attendee to feel confident about their responsibilities and empowered to handle cases with the precision they require. If you represent a public institution and are looking for a trainer who understands the rigid requirements of the law and the practical realities of the field, let us discuss a module that works for your team.

I spent years in the classroom before finding my true calling in law at 37. Now, I combine those two worlds to train officials and help them see the human side of the cases they handle every day.
