How I Approach Compliance
I combine my experience as an advocate with a practical, no-nonsense approach to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. My goal is to ensure your workplace is not just legally protected, but genuinely safe.

- Employee POSH Awareness: These 90-minute interactive sessions use real examples to explain rights, responsibilities, and how to define boundaries. I use a mix of Hindi and English to ensure everyone, from support staff to management, understands the law.
- Internal Committee (IC) Capacity Building: Setting up an IC is easy, but running it fairly is hard. I train your committee members on inquiry procedures, natural justice, and report writing. We run mock inquiries so they know exactly what to do when a complaint arises.
- External Member Retainership: If your organization needs an independent third party for your IC, I step in as your mandatory External Member. I provide quarterly review meetings, audit your policies, and offer ongoing support to your Presiding Officer.
