When we design a lobby or a clubhouse, we are looking to create a specific arrival experience. Take our work on the Arihant Aspire dome in Panvel—a 13-meter glass structure designed to pull in natural light while keeping the space feeling grand yet welcoming. It is not just for looks; it is about that first moment when you step inside and leave the noise of the city behind.
For us, interior architecture is the art of manipulating volume and light to define how a space functions. Whether we are planning a multi-story entrance lobby for a high-rise or finalizing the material palette for a private residence, our process remains the same: we analyze how the user moves through the area and what they see at every turn.
Designing for Experience
In projects like the Shreeji Destiny entrance in Nerul, we focused heavily on lighting. Lighting can either make a space feel cold or create a sense of belonging. We plan lighting to highlight architectural features, like textured walls or ceiling heights, rather than just illuminating the floor. This technical attention to detail prevents large spaces from feeling empty or overwhelming.
Materials and Scale
We treat every surface as an opportunity for design. In the Afsar Sheikh residence in Nagpur, we used book-matched marble to create a dramatic feature wall that grounds the room. This isn't just about using expensive materials; it is about choosing finishes that respond to the room's scale.
The Technical Foundation
We don't separate interior design from the structural architecture. Our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) integration is built directly into our floor plans, so you won't see unsightly conduits or mismatched ceiling grids in the final build. We manage the zoning of public and private areas to ensure that while your home or commercial space feels open and connected, it maintains necessary privacy. We believe that architecture should be as functional as it is aesthetic, and that starts with understanding the building's core geometry before we ever select a fabric or paint color.
