We combine movement with mindfulness to support your child's development. From rooftop yoga to coordination games, our activities are designed to build focus and confidence in children aged 2 to 10.

A group of children stand in a prayer pose during our yoga session. We teach them simple poses and breathing exercises to promote calmness and body awareness.

The children practice their balance with the tree pose. Kids yoga is all about having fun while exploring what their bodies can do.

Our yoga sessions include gentle stretches that help improve flexibility. The children enjoy mimicking the different animal and nature poses.

Even our youngest campers participate in yoga. This little one is practicing a seated meditation pose, learning to find a moment of quiet.

School's out for summer. The children celebrate the last day with a fun, coordinated dance routine, showing off the moves they learned together.

Our instructors leading a high-energy music and movement session. Dancing is a fantastic way for children to express themselves and burn off energy.

Hoop hopping is a great gross motor activity that helps with balance, coordination, and following a sequence. The children love hopping through the colorful course.

This partner game requires teamwork and coordination. The children have to work together to move a ball along a string without using their hands, which encourages problem-solving and communication.

This Brain Gym exercise involves coordinating hand and finger movements. These activities are designed to stimulate both sides of the brain, improving focus and learning readiness.

A fun group game of tug-of-war with a soft, flexible rope made of balloons. It's a safe way to enjoy a classic game that teaches teamwork and strength.

About Mind & Body: Yoga, Games, and Brain Gym

Physical development is about more than just running around. It is about coordination and 'crossing the midline.' Our hoop-hopping and balloon-balancing games are structured to help your child connect hand movements to visual focus, which is a foundational skill for later reading and writing.
