We believe learning about our traditions is just as important as reading and writing. Here is a glimpse into how we celebrate the festivals that bring our school community together.

The magic of Christmas through the eyes of a child is truly special. Our winter wonderland setup, complete with fluffy "snow," created a joyful and immersive experience for our little ones.

A young child confidently holds the microphone during our Independence Day celebration. Events like these are a great opportunity for children to build public speaking skills and express their patriotism.

Our Holi celebration was a riot of color and joy. Children played with flower petals in a safe and sensory-rich environment, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Celebrating Dussehra with dandiya and garba. A mother and teacher share a joyful dance, embodying the community spirit that we cherish during our festive celebrations.

Our Sankranti celebration setup, complete with sugarcane, a decorated pot, and a village theme. We believe in teaching children about the cultural significance of festivals through immersive, hands-on experiences.

We came together to mark the historic Prana Pratishthapana of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. It was a moment to teach the children about faith, history, and cultural heritage with reverence and joy.

Our center decorated with marigold garlands and a beautiful flower rangoli for Diwali. We create a festive and welcoming atmosphere for the children to learn about and celebrate the festival of lights.

Our Children's Day celebration was a sweet treat. The entrance was decorated like a candy land, and the children came dressed as their favorite characters, ready for a day of fun and imagination.

Three children stand proudly in front of our Independence Day backdrop. Dressing in tricolor outfits and participating in the celebration helps instill a sense of national pride.

Another confident performer at our Independence Day event. I encourage every child to participate, helping them build self-esteem and a sense of belonging.

About A Year of Joy: Festivals & Celebrations

We do not just put up decorations during festivals. We create immersive learning zones, like our village-themed Sankranti setup or flower-petal Holi, where children participate in cultural traditions through sensory play rather than just watching from the sidelines.
