For every commission, I prioritize a rigorous process that begins with deep observation and a digital consultation. Whether you are seeking a live demonstration for an event or a conceptual painting for your office, my method involves translating your specific narrative into texture and form using professional-grade oils or pastels. I approach each project as a form of social research, ensuring the final piece carries the same weight as the work I exhibit in galleries.
My artistic practice is rooted in the academic rigour I developed at the Sir J.J. School of Art. This gallery documents the evolution of my work, from the initial sketches that serve as my foundation to the layered application of paint that defines my style.
The Technical Process
My approach blends impressionist vibes with the discipline of realism. When working on a commissioned oil portrait, I apply an impasto knife technique to create a surface with depth and texture. This allows me to move beyond a simple likeness, capturing the essence of the subject. For charcoal and graphite studies, I focus on the intricacies of anatomy and light, ensuring the academic standards of my early training remain present in every stroke.

The awards featured here, such as the Maharashtra State Art Award and the Kalanand Merit Grant, represent the culmination of this process. They are not merely accolades but proof of a consistent commitment to quality, whether I am painting for a prestigious gallery wall or creating a personal portrait for a home.
