Spreading the Science of Ayurveda Through Education
Ayurveda isn't just a clinic practice—it’s an ancient knowledge system meant to be shared. From university panels to community health camps in Vashi, I'm working to bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and your daily health.

About Spreading the Science of Ayurveda
You'll often see me hosting local health camps or speaking at summits like the Ayurveda Innovations Summit. Why? Because true health starts with awareness. When I hold a free Prakriti analysis camp or a masterclass, it's not just for show—it's to help you distinguish between a temporary 'jugaadu' fix and the real, lasting results that come from understanding your own body's constitution.
I believe that if you don't understand the 'why' behind your treatment, you'll never achieve lasting health. That’s why I don’t just spend my time inside the consultation cabin at my Vashi clinic. I’m frequently out at universities, discussing the Indian Knowledge System, or organizing health camps in Navi Mumbai to make Ayurvedic care accessible to everyone.
Whether I am speaking to fellow practitioners about data management in Ayurveda or mentoring students on entrepreneurship, the goal remains the same: stop looking for a quick fix. When we hosted our recent health camp, we offered free Prakriti analysis. Once you know your Vata, Pitta, or Kapha balance, you stop guessing and start living.
You might have seen me speaking at major Ayurveda summits. People often ask me, 'Dr. Ronak, why take the time to teach?' The answer is simple. If you want to keep the 'milk from rising'—to use my favorite analogy—you have to turn off the gas. You have to learn how your body works.
If you've landed here after seeing photos of our health camps or webinars, you're likely looking for a different approach. You're tired of medicine that just masks symptoms. I invite you to join our next community event or simply book a consultation to understand your root cause. Let’s stop blowing on the milk and start turning off the gas. Thik che?

I'm Dr. Ronak Tanna. For me, Ayurveda is life—not just a medical system. I spend as much time educating patients and students as I do treating them, because when you truly understand your body, you take control of your health.
