I use the Plate by Zumba® method to focus on simple portion control without the mental load of calorie counting. My coaching is built for your 9-to-5, not a pro-athlete lifestyle, so we focus on sustainable habits that handle real-world scenarios—like airport travel, office parties, and those days where you just don't have the bandwidth to cook.
